ConveySelect is a referral platform. When you submit an enquiry, your details will be shared with regulated conveyancing solicitors so they can provide you with quotes. Your referring estate agent may also receive confirmation that a referral was made.

We use your data to match you with regulated conveyancing solicitors and licensed conveyancers who cover your area. This is the core purpose of the platform.
We process your data on the basis of contract: you submit an enquiry and we perform the service you requested. Where we have a legitimate interest (such as preventing fraud or improving our service) we rely on that basis, balanced against your rights.
Your enquiry details are shared with up to 3 regulated solicitors or licensed conveyancers so they can contact you with quotes. All firms on our panel are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).
The estate agent who referred you will receive confirmation that a referral was made and may receive a referral fee for successful introductions. This is disclosed on the enquiry form in compliance with the Estate Agents Act 1979.

We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of ConveyLink, our users, or the public.
We retain your enquiry data for 3 years from the date of submission. This allows us to resolve any disputes, respond to regulatory enquiries, and maintain accurate business records.
After this period your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems. Anonymised, aggregated data (such as lead volumes by region) may be retained indefinitely for business analysis.

CorreConnections is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC). We are a technology and marketing company, not a legal services provider.

Our service is free of charge to you as the consumer. Conveyancing firms pay ConveySelect a referral fee for introductions.
CorreConnections receives a referral fee from conveyancing firms for each introduction made through our platform. The estate agent who referred you to ConveySelect may also receive a fee for successful introductions.
In accordance with the Estate Agents Act 1979 and SRA transparency rules, all referral fee arrangements are disclosed. The payment of a referral fee does not affect the independence of the legal advice you receive from any solicitor you instruct.
You are under no obligation to instruct any solicitor we introduce you to, and you are free to seek conveyancing services elsewhere at any time.
By submitting an enquiry you confirm that:
ConveySelect acts as an introduction service only. Once we have introduced you to a conveyancing firm, the legal relationship and any contract for services is between you and that firm directly. CorreConnections has no responsibility for:

All content on the ConveySelect platform, including text, design, code, and branding, is owned by CorreConnections and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ConveySelect shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will always display the effective date at the top of this page.
